Partner With Us

Build and validate the future of longitudinal disease decision support. BioTraject Systems collaborates with clinical, health-system, research, data, technology, life-sciences, and strategic partners to develop and evaluate responsible computational decision systems for chronic disease. Our current focus is NephroSync™, a computational decision system in development for chronic kidney disease.

Why partner with BioTraject

Meaningful healthcare technology cannot be built in isolation. Clinical relevance, data quality, workflow fit, validation, implementation, and governance all require collaboration. BioTraject is seeking partners who can help define important questions, test the technology in real-world settings, and shape responsible pathways toward use.

Four ways to work together

BioTraject works with partners across four areas: clinical and health systems; research and evidence; data and technology; and life sciences and strategy. Full detail is below.

How collaboration works

  1. Define the question — clarify the clinical, scientific, operational, or development objective.
  2. Assess fit — review the available data, population, workflow, resources, and intended use.
  3. Design the engagement — agree on scope, methods, responsibilities, safeguards, milestones, and success criteria.
  4. Evaluate and learn — conduct the study, pilot, or development work and interpret findings within the agreed boundaries.
  5. Determine next steps — decide whether additional validation, refinement, implementation planning, or a broader collaboration is appropriate.

Partnership areas

Four ways to work together with BioTraject Systems.

Clinical and health systems

Retrospective validation, prospective pilots, clinical workflow design, care-pathway evaluation, and implementation planning.

Research and evidence

Longitudinal disease research, trajectory analysis, outcome forecasting, real-world evidence, and clinical-study design.

Data and technology

Health-data integration, interoperability, secure infrastructure, user-interface development, and workflow deployment.

Life sciences and strategy

Disease-progression research, patient stratification, treatment-response analysis, evidence generation, and responsible commercialization.

Current opportunities

Starting with chronic kidney disease. BioTraject is currently prioritizing collaborations that can advance the development and evaluation of NephroSync™ — including CKD cohort studies, model validation, clinical plausibility review, workflow design, pilot preparation, data integration, and real-world evidence generation.

Future disease-specific collaborations will be considered selectively and will require their own clinical grounding, data, development plan, validation, safeguards, and intended-use definition.

What we value

Partnerships grounded in a clear purpose.
