Personalized Kidney Disease Trajectory Simulation

NephroSync™ is the first product currently under active development at BioTraject Systems.

NephroSync applies the BioTraject Systems Computational Medicine Platform to kidney disease with the goal of simulating how chronic kidney disease (CKD) evolves over time and how clinical interventions influence long-term outcomes.

Rather than generating a single risk score or static prediction, NephroSync is being designed to produce longitudinal, individualized disease trajectories that reflect the dynamic nature of kidney disease progression.

Why Kidney Disease

Kidney disease is a complex, chronic condition characterized by nonlinear progression, recurrent acute events, and strong interactions with metabolic and cardiovascular disease.

Clinical decisions in kidney care are often timing-sensitive:
